NOTE: The walk for Wednesday, 12/7 has been canceled due to predicted rainy weather. We invite you to walk on your own, or join us for the Walk With A Doc Walk in Linglestown on Thursday 12/8 at 5:30 PM. We will meet up at the public parking lot on Blackberry Lane at 5:30 PM.
Enjoy a moderately-paced walk around Wildwood lake while enjoying the trees and animals at the park.
This will be a walk on paved or gravel surfaces. You can choose to walk only a portion, then turn around at any point if you would like to customize the length of your walk to your own individual fitness goals.
- Sneakers or comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
- We also encourage you to bring along a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
- A restroom is available at the walking site along with ample free parking.
Pre-registration is required. Please check your email 1-hour prior to the start time for any last-minute weather cancellations or updates. This is part of the Dauphin County Park Rx series of programs sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield.
