Growing Up WILD is a nationally recognized early childhood education curriculum that builds on children’s sense of wonder about nature and invites them to explore wildlife and the world around them. Join educators from the PA Game Commission and Wildwood Park for an engaging workshop featuring field-tested, hands-on activities about wildlife, people and the environment. Discover new activities that provide foundations for early development of positive impressions. Each activity includes art projects, reading, music, math connections and outdoor learning designed to address development in all domains. All activities are correlated to the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Standards, Head Start Domains and PA Education Standards. All participants will receive a Growing Up WILD Guide. Act 48 credit available. Masks and social distancing required. Space is limited.
